I could be your new customer, how do I get an estimate?

The fastest way to get an estimate is to use our on-line estimate form where you will be offered a few simple
questions to help us understand your needs and provide you with the fast quote. However, if you need to call us,
please leave your message with the zip code, total sq Footage and the number of bedrooms in your home, as well
as the phone number to call. If we have not returned your call within one business day after you left a message
with your zip code, it means we do not service that particular area at this time.
How many people come to clean my home?

Our teams vary from office to office and job to job. Generally, our service providers work in teams of one or two.
Sometimes we have teams of three. When more than one person is at the job, the quoted time -- which was given
in man hours -- is lessened by the number of people. For example, if you were scheduled for a two-hour service and
two service providers are assigned to your job, the
cleaning should be completed in one hour or two man-hours.
Do I have to sign a contract for your service

No!. We do not make you sign a contact. If you are not happy with our service please feel free to discuss the
situation with us to allow us to correct whatever the problem is.  We do have  our
terms and conditions listed
clearly for review. You must agree to our terms and conditions by Signing it and give it to your cleaner or Mail it to
us.

What if I Refer-a-friend

For every friend you refer to us we will give you $25 off your next cleaning, Once we have cleaned your friends
home.
Are You Bonded & Insured?

YES! We are Bonded, and Insured please feel free to ask to see our Liability Coverage.

What if something in my home gets broken?

Maid 4 Hire realizes the nature of cleaning requires our staff to touch virtually all items within one's home or office. If
any damage/loss does occur, simply notify Maid 4 Hire with 48 hours of the cleaning date.
Do you charge for sales tax and mileage

Yes! Unfortunately Uncle Sam wants his money as well, Therefor we must charge 8% sales tax to all work orders.
Also with the high cost of gas increasing we also must charge .49 cents per mile to and from your home. This figure
can be calculated on mapquest. We use that to map out the directions to your home for our cleaners. This way no
one is making up mileage.
How do I pay for my service?

All payment is due at time of services are rendered. It is our companies policy to obtain credit card authorization for
the initial cleaning and we do keep that information on file. Should you ever forget to leave payment, the card
would be charged 24 business hours later. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. There is a $2.00 fee
when paying with a credit card.
How Do you access my home?

Maid 4 Hire must be able to access your home to provide services. There are three choices:

1) The most convenient: you may leave a key on file in our key safe.
2) You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your residence.
3) You may meet the cleaner at the time of your appointment.
How do I provide feedback for my cleaning?

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, your welcome package will contain a feedback form,
please fill it our and return it to us. In addition, you may call your local office directly, or
click here to let us know
how things went -- good or bad. We encourage you to take the time to complete and return  the feedback for or
send us an email. This feedback is essential to serve you better, to correct any problems and to praise those service
providers who meet and exceed Maids 4 Hire expectations.
What Time will You Arrive?

We place reminder calls the day before your scheduled house or office cleaning. An estimated time of arrival (ETA)
will be provided at that time. The ETA will be as accurate as we can possibly make it (e.g. 11ish).

Each of our cleaning team has approximately 3-4 jobs scheduled each day. The clients scheduled before you, as well
as our famous  traffic sometimes will impact the accuracy of our arrival time.We do make every attempt to arrive very
close to our scheduled time, but some things are out of our control.
If I give you my keys, How are they Protected?

YES! By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to
give us a key. That way you don't have to wait around to meet the service providers.
When not in use, It will be stored in a locked key storage box to which only Maid 4 Hire management has access.
Customer keys are not identified by either customer name or address. All such keys are tagged with a numerical code
known only to the  management staff.

Employees are instructed to check doors and windows for security. If the building has a security alarm system, they
are to ascertain that the system is armed. Employees are instructed to report - either by written notation or
telephone - any building equipment malfunction such as air conditioning, heating, locks, wall outlets, alarm problems,
water leaks, occurrences of an unusual nature. Employees are instructed to not open desks, file cabinets or any
other storage areas which are normally closed and/or locked.
What if I have pets?

We love all animals, however, some pets shed a lot of hair and thus substantially slow down our cleaning time, so we
charge additional $10 per pet to compensate. Always remember to keep guard dogs and other potentially dangerous
animals locked up in a dedicated place for the duration of a cleaning session.
Should I tip the service provider?

If you are pleased with the work done in your home we encourage you to show your appreciation to your service
provider. Although not required, a gratuity is a powerful way to say "I appreciate your work." Even a note from you,
simply saying "thanks for a job well done"means a great deal.
Can I get a set time and day?

You can choose whatever day providing we have availability and we will always be to you on that chosen day.

Does someone have to be home while the cleaning is going on?

It is not necessary to be home during the cleaning.  It is nice to meet the crew and go over anything in your home
you feel is pertinent.  But it is not necessary as the rep who books the job can take the particulars for your home
over the phone.
Do I have to supply anything?

No! Maid 4 Hire supplies all cleaning supplies and equipment.

Should I Tidy up my home before the cleaner(s) Arrive?

Please we urge you not to run around trying to straighten up your place before the cleaner arrives after all, This is
why you called Maid 4 Hire right? So Let Us Give You Your Saturday's Back!..
What is the cancellation policy?

If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day,Maid 4 Hire merely requires a 48 Hour notice. If Maid 4 Hire
receives less than a 48 Hour notice, or can't access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge $50.00 plus Tax
for your cleaning. When we schedule an appointment for you this leaves that day and time open to you and only
you. We have to charge the cancellation fee of $50 because a potential customer could have had that time slot.
Please refer to our terms of service.  Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to submit in
writing any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Do not inform the service providers of any changes to your
schedule -- it must be done directly with the management of your local office.

What Days Do You Work?

We are available to make your home shine Monday through Friday 8-5pm. Saturday's 8-1pm Closed on Sundays.
Will I always have the same service provider?

We make every effort to send the same service provider(s) each time. Occasionally there may be a change in service
providers due to illness, day off, vacation or they may no longer work for Maid 4 Hire. Therefore, it is not possible for
us to guarantee the same individual/team for each cleaning. In the event of such an occurrence, Maid 4 Hire will find
a replacement. Maid 4 Hire provides an extensive training program to each of our employees to ensure consistent
cleaning techniques throughout our staff.
Do I have to pay for full hours?

Yes! When you are quoted a price it is based on your sq footage home the price given is for our 2 Hour Minimum
Charge.

Anything over 2 hours will be an additional $24 per Hour Rate for any of our cleaning packages and $29.75 up to
$39.75 for our Spring and Super Spring cleaning packages.

(IE.) Cleaner is in your home from 9am - 11:30am you will pay your quoted 2 hour price plus an additional $24 for up
to that next hour rate.
